The Panduit Design Tool is a software package developed to run in conjunction with Microsoft Visio 2002, 2003 and 2007. The Software allows the user to create a 2-dimensional layout using Panduit’s Data Communication and Fiber Routing products. Once a design is complete, a Bill of Material may be generated.
The Panduit components included in the part stencils are Racks, Net-Access Cabinet (added new Cool Door), Cable Management (updated Vertical Cable Management), Copper Modules, Fiber Adapters, Copper and Fiber Patch Panels, Enclosures (added new enclosures), Managed Network Systems, PanZone (3 separate views and added new products), GridRunner (3 separate views), QuickNet, Punch-downs, Wall Mount Products, Top Views, Shielded Products, Wiring Accessories, Raised-Under Floor (new Cool Boot), Fiber-Duct 2x2 and 4x4 as well as FiberRunner 2x2, 4x4, 6x4 and 12x4.
